How long will it take?
 
All animals are worked on according to the order in wich they arrive at my shop. All work is completed within 12 months.
 
 
How do you clean/care for completed mounts?
 

All mounts should be dusted and cleaned yearly. Cleaning can be done with Windex or straight amonia on a clean cloth. We also sell a specialty taxidermy cleaner.

Never display a mount above a heat source or in direct sunlight.

Mounts displayed below ground level must have a de-humidifier in the room to prevent moisture damage such as molding or bugs.
 
 
I am hunting out of the country this year, how do I get my trophies to you?
 
E-mail or call us with the dates and location of your hunt and we can explain the procedures. We are the only USDA approved facility in Vermont and can accept your trophies from all over the globe.
 
 
I am hunting in a CWD state this fall,  what do I need to do to get my trophy into Vermont, and to you?
 

Call us. We can explain the caping procedure, supply you with any needed tools (scalpels/blades) as well as explain how to ship, freeze or travel with cape and horns.

I have an old set of antlers/horns and would like to have them put on a head, can this be done?
 
Yes. We "re-mount" many heads every year. All we need is your antlers/horns and an idea on how big you want the mount to be. We can supply the new hide, or use one you may already have.
 
 
I'm from outside Vermont and would like you to mount my ___________, how do I arrange this?
 
We mount countless animals for people from all over the country, call or e-mail us and we can explain the shipping procedure/costs to you. We ship finished animals coast to coast every year.
 
 
Do you offer discounts for multiple mounts?
 
It is our goal to offer you the finest quality taxidermy available to you, our mounts are not mass produced. We offer the finest quality product, not the fastest mass produced product, therefore discounts are not possible, however the finest quality is assured.
 
 
Can you mount this owl?
 
No. We cannot legally mount any raptor (hawks, owls, eagles) without the proper federal permits, which are only issued to museums, schools and for educational purposes.
 
 
Do you mount pets?
 
No.
